Yeah – We’re not really sure what this guy was going (probably protesting something?) but he had a funky costume and was all about getting his picture taken. So, here you go!
Today’s is ‘Hats’ and we’re pretty sure that’s a Coke hat on his head, so he wins today’s prize for oddest hat-costume ensemble.
