We will never grow tired of visiting Hótel Búðir, the Snæfellsnes peninsula, and living the dream of being an Iceland wedding photographer.

By now, it’s no secret we’ve been there a few times and in all honesty, we consider ourselves lucky every single time. We’re awe-struck with each visit, and each time it feels completely different.

What feels different – aside from the dramatic weather – are the couples who we get to explore with. The conversations are always different, the random spots we find together, and the surprises along the way.

Hallie and Haldon came over from the States, and from meeting over breakfast through to saying farewell, everything felt right. Our shared interest in marketing and business topics was a nice surprise, so geeking out over event apps and online marketing made the conversations throughout the day interesting. Envision talking about how to get people to network at a conference through an app with a glacier in the background – stuff like that.
