SHANGRI-LA WEDDING VANCOUVERSonia & Thierry

Sonia and Thierry’s weddings was at the Shangri-La in Vancouver. Fun fact about the Shangri-La is that it’s Vancouver’s tallest building, and apparently hosts primo-elegant weddings. This was our first experience there.

We feel quite lucky to have done their wedding, and want to thank Melia for opening the door for us.

Long story short, she got pregnant (she’s since had a healthy baby – Congrats Melia!) and recommended us to Sonia and Thierry.

Between the awesome venue, the flexibility of the couple to stand in some ungodly smelling allies in East Vancouver and the fact that this wedding will be featured in a magazine, it all adds up to us feeling pretty fortunate about how it all came together.

ETA – The team from RF Productions were also at the wedding alongside us the whole day, and we have nothing but massive rave reviews to say about these guys. They put together a video from the day that was played at the reception that blew everyone away. Huge props to these fellas, and this is the video that they played at the reception.
