A Chilean Story

Santiago, Chile

Chile

Somewhere we will find our place

Not running away from something. Or towards.

When we travel, we’re all there, in the moment, taking in what’s in front of us.

This story is an example of what happens when we let the fate of the journey take us where it will. We flew to Chile with an open mind, and left fulfilled.

Valle Nevado on the foothills of the Andes Mountains.

Crossing paths with friends meant exploring the top of the Andes at sunset.

Friends with benefits. Chilean photographer Max Barros shared a once-in-a-lifetime experience when he took us to the top of the world.
From the top of the world to the heart of it at the snowy summit of Cajón del Maipo.
Cajón del Maipo felt cold and abandoned.
More friends with benefits. Another Chilean photographer, Monica Muñoz, took us to a haunted outpost in the mountains.
