WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

In 2015 we will be based out of both Vancouver, Canada and Stockholm, Sweden.

DO YOU WORK INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT ABOUT NON-WEDDING WORK - DO YOU TRAVEL FOR THAT?

Our goal is to travel the world documenting life, and that is not restricted to weddings only.

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?

Yes. We call them Document You sessions, and you can read more about them here.

CAN WE MEET IN PERSON OR MEET ONLINE BEFORE BOOKING?

Of course. Worth noting is 90% of the weddings we have booked since 2009, we do not meet or speak until around the wedding date.

SO, NO MEETINGS OR CONVERSATIONS - HOW DOES THAT WORK?

We are very transparent online - reviews like these help - and doing so much international work has made meeting tricky at times.

MY WEDDING IS NOT AT AN EPIC LOCATION - SHOULD I STILL INQUIRE?

Please do. Our definition of epic is the people at a wedding, not the location.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?

The average has been around 400 and 700 images for a single day. Each image is delivered in both colour and black and white.

DO YOU EDIT ALL IMAGES?

How an image is edited is as much a part of our vision as taking the photo, so every image is edited.

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR IMAGES?

Within six weeks.

HOW DO WE GET OUR IMAGES?

Digital delivery via a password-protected online gallery.

DO YOU OFFER HOURLY WEDDING COVERAGE?

Yes. However, storytelling is best achieved via all day coverage and 95% of the couples who book us choose unlimited hours.

WHAT DOES UNLIMITED HOURS MEAN?

Unlimited means we do not count the hours on a wedding day and we will be there the entire time.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND BACKUP GEAR?

Yes.
