Free Engagement Shoot

Tis the season to book thy wedding photographers, folks, and we are doing our best to let it be known that we still have (some!) availability for the 2010 season. And to be honest, we don’t want to have any openings at all! So, let’s remedy that and do a wee promo!

Up until April 15th, 2010, if an engaged couple chooses to book us to do their wedding photography, we will include a free engagement shoot that is valued at $500.

So, here’s a bit of food for thought about engagement shoots.

What is an engagement shoot?

In a nutshell, an engagement shoot is about two hours of photography at an outdoor location with the bride, the groom and the two of us taking your pictures. We will decide prior where you would like to do the shoot, and then we just giver.

Why are engagement shoots a good thing?

Well, the first reason is we prefer to meet couples before their weddings, and taking pictures is a great excuse to do just that! Engagement shoots allow for everyone to get comfortable with one another, and this is especially true for the bride and groom. So, you get comfortable with us and how we work (which only benefits your wedding day photos) and we get to meet you and show you what we can do. It’s a win-win.

What do you receive from an engagement shoot?

You will receive a private, password protected online gallery with all of your photos in high-resolution format. These are 100% yours to do with as you please. The average number of photos is around 50 or so from engagement shoots.
