Hotel Hellnar is located on the rugged Snæfellsnes peninsula and was where cultures came together for Celine and Ben’s elopement. Celine is from Germany and Ben is from New Zealand, and neither had ever been to Iceland before. They didn’t tell family or friends, as they wanted to present them with a beautiful surprise.

Snæfellsnes with its landscape changes at every turn was a surprise in itself, and even the ceremony location, which was randomly stumbled upon the morning of the wedding, made for a perfect wedding arch.
