Klara and Siddy chose to have an adventure elopement, and adventure they certainly got! We ventured to the whimsical ancient laurel forest of Fanal. From there, we gathered the courage to table the cable car to the iconic Achadas da Cruz village, accessible only by cable car (the steepest in Europe!). Finally, we concluded the day by driving the iconic mountain passage Pico do Areeiro back to Funchal.
